PAT’S RV – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

By authorizing, approving, requesting, scheduling, or accepting any estimate, repair, inspection, diagnostic work, parts order, service appointment, invoice, or work performed by Pat’s RV (“Service Provider”), whether verbally, electronically, by text message, email, signature, payment, or delivery of a vehicle for service, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Pat’s RV provides RV repair, diagnostic, inspection, appliance repair, mechanical repair, maintenance, and emergency repair services (“Services”). Services generally do not include heavy engine repair, structural reconstruction, collision reconstruction, remodeling, or other specialty services unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Service Provider agrees to perform Services in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards and applicable laws.

2. AUTHORIZATION TO PERFORM WORK

Customer certifies that they are the legal owner of the vehicle, authorized user, lienholder representative, insurer representative, or otherwise possess legal authority to authorize repairs and services.

Customer authorizes Pat’s RV to:

Diagnose issues

Perform approved repairs

Operate and road test the vehicle when necessary

Order parts and materials

Communicate with manufacturers, vendors, or insurers when applicable

Approval of an estimate, invoice, repair recommendation, diagnostic charge, or parts order by text message, email, phone call, electronic communication, signature, online approval, payment, or delivery of the vehicle for service shall constitute full authorization to proceed.

3. ESTIMATES AND ADDITIONAL REPAIRS

All estimates are based on visible conditions and known failures at the time of inspection. Additional damage, hidden failures, or unrelated issues may be discovered during the repair process.

If additional repairs are required, Pat’s RV may pause work until further authorization is obtained. Additional authorization may be approved verbally, electronically, by text message, email, or signature.

Customer understands that disassembly and diagnostics may reveal unrelated or secondary failures not visible during the initial inspection.
